I went through a lycanthrope phase right before Spring Break. I read Blood and Chocolate and watched all of the Underworld movies that are currently available. We also had to write a research paper before school let out for vacation and I chose werewolves as my research topic. So, understandably, I felt the need to draw a werewolf. I was flying to Florida with my mom and Krys when it was finally Spring Break. It was a two hour wait in the terminal before our flight arrived so I sat by the window and ended up working on this piece, which I later finished in our hotel room. I know this is not the politically correct way a lycanthrope appears, but according to Hollywood it is. I simply say she's in the process of transforming to make everyone happy (which is true, since that's what I was aiming for from the beginning).

I only regret that I did not use black paper. *laughs* This was a piece of regular white printer paper. I used up all the ink in my brand new pens that I just bought a week before we left. I really like accuracy of the anatomy, and I am extremely pleased with how this turned out although it was a royal pain to color.
