Another photograph I worked with during my summer art classes. This was my favorite and the piece that ended up in the show on the last day. I set up a still-life on my mom's bed because her room has the best lighting (although the negative still ended up fairly dark). I spread out a satin sheet and arranged my violin and one of my favorite musical pieces on top (though I can't recall which piece that is now *laughs*).

The misshapen blobs scattered haphazardly are wooden rose petals, and they contrasted nicely with the woodwork of my instrument, but I forgot we were taking the photographs in black and white so they did not look as good in the final result. One of my most meaningful still-lives I've arranged and one of my favorites.
